How does it compute that I try to order 214.98 (prior to taxes and shipping) amount of merchandise and I am only getting 16.00 off!! It is supposed to be either 20 percent off of the amount or if I exceed that it will be a total of 20.00 max. Again a coupon code that doesnt work right and gives you what is promised. Getting kinda fed up with these coupon games QVC plays. So instead of 3 items i only ordered 2 and still only got the 16.00 off.

Just call CS...they can fix it. I did.
It is only taking off 10% not 20%.
Took a few seconds this morning and she had the issue solved.
It isn't so much a game as poor programming by the IT dept!!!!

I went into chat and she couldnt fix it. Not sure why they have chat because they are not empowered to resolved issues. Interestingly enough when I pared down my order to only order one item for 54.00 it gave me the full 20 percent off. When i started adding two more items to total 214.98 that is when the max was 16.00 of discount.
Honestly I dont want to call customer service. Stay on hold forever. I have better things to do. They need to test run these coupon codes to make sure they work correctly before releasing them. It is almost like a shell game with them.

I called CS this morning because my order wasn't calculating the 20% properly. I should have received the maximum $20.00 credit. She put in a credit claim which should take 3 days to resolve. So annoying!

QVC needs a new IT Dept.

I don't have a QCard but I caught a discrepancy in billing recently.
The invoice showed a purchase at $64.98. But when I received my credit card statement they billed me for $65.48.
First of all, I had to CALL to ask for an invoice because it did not come with the shoes. So there was a delay in seeing what they actually charged for the purchase.
I realize that this was "just" $0.50, but if Q does this to every customer, they can make a tidy profit.
When I called CS, she stood by the amount they took from my credit card. The discrepancy was that the invoice showed that they charged $5.00 instead of $5.50 for shipping.

That's Not how my CS handled it at all.
While I was still on with her...she put the additional amount missing on my cart as a 'discount'.
I refreshed the page and it was there. Got my full $20 off the order.
Easy. Sorry your rep didn't do that.

A CS rep picked up the line almost immediately.

I'm confused...you said the invoice showed the lower amount, but then you said you didn't get an invoice and had to call.
Did you go to order status and see the invoice?
$5.50 IS the normal shipping charge for shoes.
