@Slab I didn't think they sent out statements any longer and if they do they probably charge for it.  I do mine online schedule a payment and done.

One issue at the top of my list is getting a Late Payment Notice?  I went into the account and it showed I didn't make a payment?  I have NEVER been late, NEVER!  Always pay well in advance.

I chatted with the bank and they seemed confused on how the installment payments are processed. 

I tried talking to a QVC Customer service, who always refers me back to the bank.

Then I find out, I pay the bill on line and my wife was sending another payment via mail by check? I am in the process to see where our "DOUBLE" payments have gone? 

Right now I will ONLY use my card for initial ordering and then pay off  the QVC amount as soon as it gets posted.  Once I get this isssue taken care of, NO more QVC Card!

@Luv2cook2  In the first paragraph, you said you never had a single problem until Syncrony Bank took over.  As far as I know, Syncrony Bank has had the QCard for many years - maybe even since the beginning.

Could be, our HD card is at least 10 years old, we don't have a balance on it so it may have changed. These companies do that all the time.

@Slab  -  Go online and make a payment.   Why go through the inconvenience of writing a check?

All my Easy Pays go to my Q card.  I pay the Q card in full once a month.  I've never had any issues with the Q card/Syncrony.
