Tried calling CS three times to report receiving wrong item. The hold time was long, a callback was promised. Three times the callback spontaneously hung up after telling me to press “1” to speak with a representative. And the wrong item received? Not only a completely different item but also a different color than that ordered. I’ve been a customer since ‘86. What the heck is going on?

I find the chat to be the most effective way to communicate.

It's much more efficient to email the QVC Social team.  They respond quickly and resolve problems.

Hi,

I've been calling CS, pressed 0, after a few seconds a recoding saying-Quarte has changed Q's number and to call it (which is the same number I've been calling)  and given a new number for so has HSN's, then disconnects.

@skittles2  Having the same problem along with he fact that two orders I placed are not showing up.

@skittles2  Uh oh, that's not cool. I rarely have needed to contact them but the couple times I have I've had good outcomes. I hope you get resolution soon.

use live chat, facebook messenger chat, or email qvcsocialteam@qvc.com. those are the fastest ways for me to communicate with customer service agents or the social team.

I've been waiting on an answer from Social team from 3 hrs ago...also asked for answer 2 hrs ago and 1 hr ago...still no answer...whats going on ?  And I don't show a Chat Live...only Chat on Facebook Messenger.

What the heck is going on?  You ought to be able to figure that out.  It's a free shipping day with thousands of extra people shopping and suddenly many of them have problems or questions.  If you have trouble getting through overloaded phone lines, just wait until tomorrow to call.  Very simple.
