Interesting. I returned two rings to be exchanged for one size smaller. It's been more than two weeks and nothing. I called CS and was told that the rings were in Texas. That means they went West. Why? Still no return or acknowledgement of the return.
Apparently we share a problem.

@dessertbakermom Welcome to our forums and I'm so sorry for the delay. It can take up to 12 days to receive and process a returned item. If you would like to provide me with the item number you returned, I will be happy to track the shipment if you used our prepaid label.

@Wayne Customer care, May I ask you a Question? Ordered a Lisa Rinna "THE JOEY" Order was "IN Process" That night it went to back order. Does this mean I will not get blouse or how long will it be before sent.? So disappointing. Can you help, please

@sligo I'm sorry, but the item you ordered is temporarily out of stock. We will make every effort to fulfill your order. If we are unable to do so within 2 to 3 weeks, your order will be canceled unfortunately and you will be notified by letter. I hope this information is helpful.

@Wayne cust care, I appreciate YOU more then I can say in words. YOU are always so helpful. I did order this top on the night it was to be shown. They were unable to show actual top because it sold out. Received my order confirmation and "in process" notification. Wonder if anyone actually received the xlarge ? Hopefully the top will return, Thank you for YOUR prompt answer and always being so helpful to your customers. The "Q' is fortunate to have you in there employ.YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!
