@Beth-QVC My order says Advanced order under order status and is listed in Auto-delivery as Released and shipment 9/27/17. It is also listed under Advanced Orders... When I Click on View the plan and then on view previous shipments it says my order shipped on 9/18/17? When I called CS a couple or 3 or more weeks ago she said that it hasnt shipped. Are they going to fix this? It's so confusing...Ive also been looking for an explanation in the forum for weeks. Now, I finially receive an email that says it won't arrive until sometime in mid November.... and to enjoy it. What a mess and so unfair that some are receiving theirs. This has been handled really poorly. Just saying.
