When I check out, I see promo codes are available. How do I receive promo codes? Thanks.

@Creekside shopper   I think those are for "new customers".  Too bad that QVC doesn't send those out to their current shoppers as a loyalty offer once in a while.

 

It's a lot cheaper to keep a customer then it is to acquire a customer.......marketing 101.

 

Their retention department doesn't seem exist except every few years when some get a mug or a holiday card shipped to them.
