@DenGA QVC is famous for being very slow in processing returns. Add the load of post Christmas and it gets worse. It could easily be a couple of weeks before they show up on your account.

You can track your return and see when it was delivered to their facility. If they have received it, just call CS and they will check on it and credit your account immedately.
