All month long (Nov 2022), received emails from QVC that I can cancel a purse that was on waitlist since August. Tried to cancel online, gave up and called Customer Service THREE times. Was assured that purse would be cancelled - they couldn't explain why they could not cancel it. RECEIVED purse anyway!
Two weeks ago, got notice that my credit card information was not up to date, and my payment plans were not paid. Updated my credit card information TWICE online, and received email confirming. Called Customer Service, was told everything is okay.
This morning, recieved email from QVC that my credit card information is not up to date. Called Customer Service; was told everything is fine. Was told to ignore QVC emails.
What? Never experienced this type of thing before with QVC. Would rather not spend so much time on my computer and on the phone with Customer Service Reps on such nonsense. Very frustrating!

I am getting more wary of doing business with QVC for any reason, and I am a very long-term, very very good customer. I am well into my third week of waiting for a ship date on a pair of boots. I've called multiple times, and I finally said I'd insist on canceling an order on an item that QVC has failed to give me a ship date for.
>>>>I just checked, no cancellation was made, even though I was assured by customer service yesterday that that would happen.
I can no longer trust that QVC is going to ship when they say they are even after they allow themselves two weeks for product to even SHIP. I also can no longer trust customer service to give me a straight answer.
>>>>There is something wrong with a company that will not allow customers in their third week of waiting for a ship date, not to be able to cancel an order. All the big sales for Black Friday have come and gone and this item was to be a Christmas present. Does anybody think I should continue to trust that QVC will deliver that on time?

I have found that the items I couldn't cancel easily were sent directly from the vendor NOT a QVC warehouse.

BUT ISN'T THAT WHERE QVC SHOULD WANT AN ORDER TO BE CANCELLED, AT THE VENDOR????? Who has the best opportunity to deal with that inventory, the vendor or sent back to QVC? And how many weeks before a customer can cancel an order, if the VENDOR DOESN'T SHIP?? 3 wks, 4 wks?
