I'm on auto delivery for Rastelli rib eye steaks. My first 2 deliveries were delicious. Tender and juicy. This delivery, our third are terrible. They are all grizzle, tough as nails and inedible. They are expensive . How do I send the remaining steaks back for a refund on this delivery?  I'm very disappointed with this batch, as I said you can't even chew them! That's how bad they are. Please advise.

@meem120   From what I have read on here just call CS, tell them the problem, they will refund you your money. You do not have to return the meat.

@meem120 QVC does not accept returns of food.

QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com with all your info and they will help, if you can't reach CS.

You don't send food back. Just call CS and tell them the problem and they will credit your account.

@meem120The Q is very good about refunding for food you are not satisfied with. They will just refund the money.

 

If you are on auto-delivery, you might want to call the company yourself and tell them about this order. If their meat is not going to be what you got the first 2 orders, you might want to cancel your auto-delivery.

 

The guy that shows the meat on-air is very nice. I believe he is the owner. I think he would want to know what you received, he might not be aware. You might get an assurance from him that the next order will be acceptable. That is his brand, I am sure he doesn't want to get tossed from QVC for a bad product.

 

If you get another bad order then you cancel. Or you can cancel now and save the hassle.

Thank you everyone.  I contacted the QVC Social Team and they issued a refund for this batch of steaks.  I didnt cancel my next delivery, as I said the first 2 deleveries were delicious.  Just a bad batch in the mix, Im hoping!

Qvc does not want un used food sent back.all u do is call customer service and tell them the problem,and they will refund full amount including shipping and handling
