QVC used to be a great place to shop now they are becoming extremely over priced. Between charging for returns etc. they are not competitive. Really sad because I used to love shopping with them for almost everything.

they should have:

free shipping

free returns

unlimited returns

all clothing priced under $25

only stuff i like

only hosts i like

only vendors i like

I also don't expect total free shipping, but it should be reasonable relative to what you are purchasing. The quality of brands i have purchased for years has declined, even though the prices have gone up, so i know longer buy it. Diamonique and Lock&Lock are only two of them. When I purchased two tubes of mascara, they were shipped together in one small pkg, but I was charged a separate shipping charge for each one. I bought a kitchen shelf rack that would not find in my cabinet so had to return it. I paid $22 for it and cost me $15 to return it. Q is not wanting my business.

Sometimes I wonder if you work for QVC? You always defend everything a lot don't like about it.

Maybe you just really like everything about QVC.
