Price difference

Watching te Denim-and co show this morning and item number a556136 regular length is $51.86, but petite is $36.28.  Gary or Allie did not mention the difference in prices.  I thought they said either were same price

It looks like the petite sizes are on clearance.  The regular sizes are not.
