Price Adjustment?

Does QVC give price adjustments? I purchased something that is now almost $50 less. Will they refund me the difference?

Hi @ScrapHappy QVC will make price adjustments within 30 days of the purchase. If your purchase was within the 30 days of purchase please email us the order number.

I frequently go back and check the current price of things I purchased in the last 30 days. And if the price is less, you can bet I go back and ask for a price adjustment. I have done it for really small amounts too, less than a dollar. Asking them for a refund of small amounts is just my way of protesting QVC's insane model of price fluctuations, though I am sure they don't care what I think. What does kind of irk me though is that they don't refund any sales tax you are due on the difference. But, giving us an adjustment within 30 days is generous enough. I think Lands' End will only do it for two weeks. Don't know about any other retailers.

Yes they will as long as it has already shipped , and it is within the 30 return period. Every time I buy something I also put it on my wish list. I check every day and as soon as the price drops I call customer service. They are always very nice about giving a price adjustment.

@daisy4 I do the same as you. I keep items I purchase on my wish list for 30 and check to see if the price has dropped.
