I ordered an item on 10/24 still showing Preparing your orders. Why 5 days to process. I am not going to be able to order if it takes this long anymore,. how will receive Christmas presents if unknown the time frame.

@bootis Since we're not in the warehouse, we have no idea why 5 days to process, however, since it's almost 2 months until Christmas, you will undoubtedly get your item in plenty of time. You're wise to shop early due to potential transportation problems.

When you ordered did it give you an ETA? Is it past that?
Just questions to consider. its only been 5 days so I wouldn't worry yet.

Any online ordering that you will be doing from any retailer this year for the Christmas holiday period should be made early.

If it's coming from Ontario, you won't even get a tracking on it. Takes anything coming from there forever.

I had 4 orders with "Preparing your Order" status for days on end. Two of those orders just changed to "Backorder", one of them shipped, and the other is still "Preparing your order". I've never had something go to "Backorder" status from QVC where when I ordered it, it was available (no waitlist, etc.). This is frustrating...

Wait until the packaged gets turned over to the USPS for delivery. You will likely be waiting another 2 weeks.

I have to say I have items that actually get here in 1 or 2 days in the last couple of months and that is in record time I feel. Credit do 👍🏻 Although right now I have an item that is now 6 days preparing your order whatever that means 🤔 Why isn't it shipping ??!! I had an order 2 days ago that was in "in process". And I want to,check yesterday on if itwell the item was Canceled and I never canceled it so,who did ? CS reinstated it but now I've lost a couple more days and starting over again. I just wish shipping was more consistent.

I too am frustrated. When the order status page tells you that the item will be to you the 29th, and it is now the 1st, and no sign that it has SHIPPED, it makes me really annoyed. Often I need an item within the time limit. I need the item supposedly here by the 29 by the 6th. It clearly will not be here then. I will be lucky to get it by the 12th, given the crazy UPS, then USPS with days of transfers between the two! Gosh, if Amazon can do it, why can't QVC? or at least not mislead people about when something will come. I have a second order that is promised by the 4th, but is still in process. Anyone want to take that bet?

What I would like to know why my order is still preparing as they put it now when it says my item will be delivered by 10/30 when it is now 11/1 ?????? This item as I mentioned in a post previously was cancelled Not by myself , don't know what happened there. A member of QVC social team did reinstate the order for me which I appreciate......
but now I have to wait longer to receive it, plus it hasn't even shipped yet. Not happy 😠
