I placed two orders on the 4th (for clothing).  They all had an estimated delivery date of today, but they all remained in the "preparing your order" state until yesterday.

 

One item from one order has shipped and should be here in a couple of days.  The other item from that is still "in process".

 

The other order, I got an email yesterday for, apologizing for the delay and giving a new delivery date.  Those items have shipped today.

 

Something is clearly going on in the warehouses, but as long as I get the items I ordered (which are all now shown as "sold out"), I don't mind the delay.  Nothing I ordered is urgent.

sounds like I got the same email.mine order is suppose to be here March 17.i wonder id they r having issues in the warehouse.oh well,I have more problems than this

I have 2 items of clothing in the same situation also.....

been "In Process" for over a week.....

 

I think I will be taking a break from QVC for awhile....between the mess the website is in, receiving someone elses order twice, stuff "In Stock" going to backorder and the slow shipiing, I  don't need this aggrevation to spend my money...
