I see what seems like a lot of complaints about QVC customer service. Given the fact that I think they are indeed due a little leniency on time for processing these days, (they even remind us on the main page), I would like to know how many of you have NOT had any major issues with shipping and returns and are pleased with them in this aspect. You are welcome to comment , but if you can just heart this post it would be a little encouraging to me to hear from others that they haven't turned into the nightmare some have expressed on these boards.

I'll get in the line to give positive comments to the CS. I have had to contact QVC Social on more than one occasion, and have had a quick response and my questions or problems were taken care of each and every time
It is not CS's fault that there is slow shipping, no free S & H, the prices are too high, the quality is low, I didn't receive my credit, where is my package YADA YADA. They most likely never see the PTB that are calling the shots and taking care (?) of business.
Hats off to CS! They can only do so much and in my opinion, they are doing it!

I really don't think anyone is especially mad at the CS reps here online personally. I, for one love all them.They have always come through for me personally.
i think they are disgusted with the QCS generally ,if i can explain it correctly.i'm not well so i may not make myself clear or even spell correctly ,please excuse me..........
Many people in general are getting no answer on the phone,extremely long waits to speak to someone if at all possible, many times you get disconected.Some are told there is nothing that can be done for their problem.Even ordering by phone is not good anymore.Things like that.I find it very sad......
Sadly the Q,we loved is becoming a huge problem a lot of the time, sadly it is not a joy to shop here anymore.

I have no problems with QVC. I think they are the best! ![]()
Some of my packages are taking longer to get to me, but that is due to the postal service. But even then, I know that they are dealing with people being out due to the virus or they have to revise how they do things to social distance. So all in all, I don't even get upset with the post office.
