I will hazzard a guess that you are using their return label, you can create your own label that will cost you less on wither the UPS or the USPS websites

Stop being afraid of what could go wrong and start being positive what could go right.

Contact QVC's Customer Service. That is unacceptable.

@PatriciaG. I agree.  It took two weeks for one of my QVC returns to be scanned and entered into the returns system, using their label. It was an expensive item (Roomba).

And it still hasn't reached the returns center...who knows when I'll get my refund?  Should have bought this at Costco.

Not true for a heavy item like the Roomba I returned.  The QVC rate was about $11.

It is due to the 3rd party return comapnies hired by QVC. It's been mentioned many many times on threads here and in other forums. Contact QVC CS and inform them of this: you have PROOF you dropped it off more than 14 days ago- they can and SHOULD issue you a refund.

THis has happened to me more times than I care to count. This is what I've been told each time. Each time, an refund was issued immediately.

@PatriciaG

Had that happen couple times.  When you return box to USPS they put it in an area for UPS or trucking service to pick up and it sits there until the pick up takes place.  If the truck is full the remaining boxes have to wait for next pick up.  I called the USPS 800# and filed complaint for delay and they in turn contact the post office in question and they have 24 hours to respond.  My boxes were picked up the following day.

Oh, and then the post office in question changed the original pick up date to reflect the day they received the complaint so it would appear they just received the box.  I had a screen shot and called 800# again to report it.  The post master called me to apologize.

@Melvin-QVC. Thanks for trying to help us out.  In the morning , I'll look up my tracking info on the return I made two weeks ago.

@SahmIam

QVC will issue refund if it has been more than 12-14 days as they can check date box was dropped off at post office.  My problem was post office changed date to reflect later date after I call USPS 800# because it had sat there too long and QVC could only see latest date.  Guess PO didn't want to get in trouble but I had proof of drop off date.  Postmaster called to apologize for delay.
