Yes, that's another common theme with "these" posts...never, ever any paragraphs. And seldom any replies to questions posed by others, or even a thank you for helpful suggestions given. Interesting, huh?

You had an issue, which isn't really described well so you expect us all to stop shopping at QVC...yeah sure!!!!

Indeed, and another "long time customer" and first-time poster. And this time the poster has a friend who had the same issue. That's really bad luck!
The OP has a registered date of 2010 (when they revamped the forums and changed everyone's date of registration). And this is the first post? Or perhaps it's just a new nic.
I've been shopping with QVC (counting my time in England) for over 30 years. And I didn't know these forums existed for quite a while. I can't remember how I found them (glad I did), but it sure wasn't the first time I decided I needed to post something negative.

I've noticed on other message boards that, what I believe have been bots, have gotten creative in their postings. Most often they seem to have a negative complaint about something.

I have had different issues through my QVC shopping years and EVERY issue was solved to my satisfaction using the chat feature. Customer service has the power to adjust $ and replace and refund. Excellent customer service is one of the reasons I DO shop with the Q.

QVC has excellent customer service. If ever I had an issue it was always taken care of quickly.

100% agree. I've been a QVC customer since it was CVN. The Q-Card is a nightmare. Today I called HSN customer service with an issue with the flexpay going to my old mastercard and was told they were sorry but they couldn't fix it.
Cancelled my HSN account. Will be cancelling QVC and this ridiculous credit card they push. This company is no longer customer friendly.

I've shopped QVC for many years but more since retirement. I've had zero problems. Now I can't say the same for other vendors & websites.
