Please update inventory availability quicker

There are so many items on clearance, or “as is,” that remain on the website that are actually sold out-for days and days. Inventory should update daily, it is computerized.

Oh absolutely 

 

A pet peeve of mine.  So many things look like they are available but are Sold Out on the site for months and no one corrects it.

I'm pretty sure a high percentage of the "Just Missed It" messages being displayed over the past month or so to indicate sellouts are not accurate but are in fact a system glitch resulting from the new website features QVC applied.

 

Over all my years shopping here, I've never seen the site take more than a couple of days to update a listing to either remove unavailable options or show that a product is completely gone. Currently, just to keep tabs on the status of things, I've been monitoring two tops I am interested in—and after four weeks, the listings are still allowing me to click the color and size options I want but then show the "Just Missed It" banner when I attempt to check out using either "Add to Cart" or "Speed Buy." One is an old-stock clearance top and one is a relatively new top at a sale price (which also has surprisingly been applied for most of the four weeks), so there's no rhyme or reason to the supposed error.

Loriqvc I can do nothing but agree with you. I frequently shop the 'As Is" section and clearance section as QVC's regular prices are generally too high for me and I waste a lot of time when I am looking for something specific and everything comes up "Just Missed It" when supposedly according to the inventory it's in stock. I have never seen or experienced this problem in the over 20 years that I have shopped with QVC, but this needs to be fixed because customers including myself will shop elsewhere.
