Please resolve my issue- Login problems Continue...

I was not able to login all day yesterday, and the error message completely messed up my bookmark to QVC.  This happened repeatedly all day yesterday.

For some reason I could login today by ‘hearting’ another post .

And I got the Request Entitiy Too Large blah blah blah thing when I signed in this morning.
