Please help with order

I bought another pair of Miz Mooz boots in this order.  I already own 25 and stack them in their respective boxes because they're too expensive to store out of a box.  Way too expensive and fragile flexible bendable leather.

 

I ordered this additional pair and received today.  For some reason I did not get  a shoe box with them.  I NEED that box.

Every other pair I have bought here has come with the standard miz mooz box.  Not these.  

 

i feel like I ordered "as is" but paid full price.  

 

Can you please seend me the shoe box that belongs to my shoes in this order?
