Please help with duplicate order

I ordered the Jockey TSV on line (my pc) yesterday).  I checked my account and it's in process.  However, I just wanted to check something on my QVC phone app and the same order is on my phone in my cart and I can't delete it.  My only option is to checkout.  I can't delete or anything, even more the screen.  Please don't tell me it's my phone, it's not.
