Item says shipped, but then 3 weeks later voided?

I ordered the solar light set of 4. I remember the host saying the item was going to sell out for sure. The order status shows shipped on April 19, then on May 8 it says Voided information received. What is that? I have a feeling they sold too many of the lights and the supplier doesn't have any to ship. But I am being charged on easy pay for the item. I need some kind of explanation and no one seems to be around.

@LLC704 We just tried to track your order and unfortunately tracking info stops in SC. We've issued a refund and cancelled all remaining easy pay charges. I'm sorry this happened. Cindy
