Please correct the banner

Customer service - please fix the banner if the forums will remain open.  All I have is the word of other posters.

 

ETA:  I did seach "blogs" and saw the news the forums will remain open.

@NYCLatinaMe  I just typed in QVC which brought up the main page. Scroll to the bottom where it says Blogs and Forums and click on that. It will come up under the header of the forums closing. It starts off we listened to you.

 

This is the only place I see it.

Maybe they are talking out of both sides of their mouth.

Nice to see you posting @Mz iMac!. I did search blogs and saw and confirmed the good news, but my banner is not like yours, it still says they are going away, so something needs to be fixed...

@NYCLatinaMe  That's strange.  Maybe it depinds on the device and/or browser you are using.

Refresh your browser or switch to another.

The only way I can see the notice that @Mz iMac posted is if I go to the QVC home page and scroll to the bottom and then click on 'forums and blogs'.  It shows up for me that way.  Otherwise, my forum pages look like yours.

I still see both banners even after shutting down and coming back in.

 

I'm not amused. They both are curt.

"WE HEARD YOU" to me means stop bothering the CEO with emails and letters. Until the banner is gone and something is in writing that the boards will be remain open after 11/2, I and I hope others will continue to send emails. My banner is still showing. Very skeptical and feel the message is a play on words, hope I'm wrong.
