Please check to make sure no return fee was charged on Damaged item

Hi I returned a damaged "as is" VPH  item. I was told by a CSR I would not be charged for the return.

 

Please verify I was not charged.

I think the return fee was charged. Please confirm and correct.

 

I wrote damaged on box and reciepts as the CSR told me.
