After reading so many posts about how difficult it is to reach a customer service agent, I have to say I was happily shocked to reach an agent (who was pleasant and polite)and have my issue resolved within 15 minutes. I called the order line (5 minute hold) and asked to be connected with customer service (7 minute hold).
Rep answered my questions about a return and I was off the phone after less than a 5 minute conversation.
I'm sorry so many of you have had such a negative experience contacting CS.

I've been a customer over ten years and I always got stellar customer service but that's somehow changed.  I'm sorry about THAT.

Nice post! It’s too bad tho that the customer service isn’t good for everybody.
