I have  been interested in a jacket by a familiar designer on QVC.  Today I checked the reviews.  Many were five stars and some were concerns about the snaps at the bottom of the jacket Some said the snaps broke and made the jacket unwearable, while others complained about the seams that were unraveling.  This jacket has been reduced from $120 to $99.  So I checked with the social team and asked what would be my recourse if this occurred after ninety days.  My answer was the 90-day policy is upheld.  How sad for a few people who hadn't fully paid for a jacket that was unwearable.  I will buy my jacket from Talbots.  Sorry QVC.

Why expect the return date to be waived? I don't get it.

I thought QVC's return policy is 30 days???  Has it changed??
