Hi QVC, I placed a second order for the one that I never received. This one is taking the same routing attitude and sitting in Bridgeport, NJ. Okay. I would like to be refunded for this because I purchased this item for the fourth time but I did it with a better shipping option. Now, I'd like to cancel the one before it. It's getting complicated and confusing. I have the order number. Since the customer call service lines are not being manned and only recording can be accessed, this is not an option for someone needing to speak to a live person. Please can you help?

I forgot! This one that got refunded needs to be cancelled out too. Just so there's less confusion, first one got cancelled and refunded. Second one got refunded but not yet cancelled. I ordered a third with better shipping. Thank you so much for your help. If any of these actually make it to my residence, they'll be returned safely.
