I have had the exact same experience....took forever to finally get on "the list" and get the magazine (from which I ordered something). Then never received another one.
Whoever is in charge of this department really drops the ball.

I'm having the same problem. I haven't received the magazine or the email copy for a couple of months now. I called and was told nothing in my account changed - they didn't know why I wasn't getting it. Prior to this I was getting it for years - even when it cost $.

Hi QVC,
I would also like to inquire as to why I no longer receive INsider and the emails.
In the past I used to receive the magazines and then started receiving just emails and now, I have not received any recent emails.
Is there anyway to get back "on the list" and receive mailings and/or at least emails?
Love my QVC and I purchase a lot, so hoping I can back on the list to receive updates and sneak peaks again!

I signed up for it twice and still have not received it. Why? The last time was in 2016.

Hi @sandyos I have added you as a recipient for our InsideQ - also you can manage your email preferences on your account on QVC.com. There you choose which emails you'd like to receive from us. Thank you for posting and shopping with us! ~Kim

I too for some reason have been dropped from both the online and the magazine formats of Q Magazine - I received it for years including when it cost $36 a year to get it and for some reason now since last October of 2016 I no longer receive either the online version nor the magazine formats - I would like to know why - I sent one email in February and received just the February magazine but it was sent when February was almost over and have not received a March issue at all. What gives? Apparently I am not alone and would like to know how it was decided who would be dropped and who would not be dropped. Is there some sort of brick on some of us QVC customers that have been dropped and if so what is the reason. As far as I know I am a good member in standing of QVC so would like some input as to what happened to my ability to receive Q magazine. Thank you for your time.

I have also stopped receiving the Insider for no apparent reason.I began receiving the magazine when you had to pay to subscribe. I suddenly stopped receiving it last November. I've called numerous times and have been assured that I'm on the list but I have not received any magazines. Perhaps QVC would rather I take my business elsewhere, it would seem they are sending a not so subtle message.
I see that Beth in Customer Care has addressed this with others, perhaps you can tell me what is happening.
