The Q used my credits instead of my M/C so I immediatelly called to fix and said they couldn't. It wasn't even 5 minutes. Item not even on air yet. Sent to finance to fix, but 2 dys later nothing. I calaled to cancel up to 1 hr with no problem, how can it be too late after five minutes. Help!

@brcala Is there a problem using your credits before your CC? I guess I am not clear as I don't see a problem with this procedure. I always use my credits first, or it is automatic, with QVC as well as most other retailers.

@brcala What's the big deal that they used your credits?

The big deal about the Q using my credits, is I DIDN'T WANT THEM TO. If they can't get it right, they need to fix it.
