Prices on everything are mind-boggling! I've found that the prices on QVC's clothing are too high for me. I can shop at Belk and Macy's and get plain tops, 100% cotton, for well under what QVC is charging now. I still shop their clearance items but ordering has been very limited for me. I'll not pay KG's prices for her quality. I still like the D&Co items but they're not worth the extra prices now.

Shopping in my own closet more often. I generally hate polyester. I bought Cashmere sweaters at Macys for $59 on sale.  I wash on hand wash cycle, lay flat. Easy. I bought one synthetic D and C sweater this Fall and paid more money . It got fuzzy and pilled after five wearings. Shop around and on line choices.

I have alot of cotton tees and turtlenecks.  Cotton turIenecks are hard to find, not popular. I feel better as more  welcomed, about donating more and more of my wardrobe I don't wear, retired.

The prices for most of the clothing lines have gotten way out of hand, for items that are really not that special! Susan Graver tops, over 60 bucks? C'mon. Kim G, ridiculous for the items she sells. I can't shop here anymore. I get just as nice or better in TJMaxx for wayyy less

In my opinion, if you are patient and check often, TJ Maxx is a gold mine. I have found some fabulous pieces in this store.

I'm not thrilled about the higher prices that continue to increase just like the next person. I do all I can to save money whenever possible...like using promo codes, wait for sales, FREE S&H, check for any 'As Is' and search Ebay depending on the item/garment I want too.

However, there are also times if I REALLY want an item, I will still order it at the high QVC price. In most cases, I am lucky and I do get a refund/price adjustment because the price drops within the 30 day period.

As for Kim Gravel/Belle, every garment I have is quality. I have yet to have any garment of hers to be poor/lacking quality.

Example...

My most recent orders of her garments was her striped hoodie...just ordered 2 more (XS - cream & silver pink) for a total of 4. The previous 2 I already have/ordered is the indigo and lily pad green.

The only color I'm not ordering is the charcoal grey. Additionally, I ordered them at the high QVC price because it was the last one available on both of those colors/size.

Here's a pic of the indigo striped hoodie...A714161

ETA:  I just called CS and got price adjustments/refunds for the last 2 KG striped hoodies I ordered at the QVC price. The price dropped down to $64.98.

Not a huge price drop, but I'll gladly take it!  Smiley Very Happy

@Group 5 minus 1

Good lord ! - the autocorrect snagged me, but your good eyes caught it. Pennies (as the actual monetary denomination) on the dollar. I tried unsuccessfully to remark that many of today’s fashions are created quite cheaply and then sold for inflated mark up.
Auto correct made the word look as though it was a store. Sorry about that my friend. And thank you for reading my post and double checking.

@LisaLisaD  -  I recently purchased a nice pair of pants at Marshalls.  However, both Marshalls and TJ Maxx are a hit and miss.  They've got some nice clothing, but a lot of cheap clothing too.

You also have to be willing to go hunt through all the racks in the store.   Not everyone is willing to do that or many do not have a store in their location.

The Q is very convenient, but it's not for everyone.  If I see something I like, I place it in my Wish List and wait for a sale.

@Regal Bee  - I agree that you can find some gems in TJ Maxx and/or Marshalls.  However, I don't like having to rummage through all the many racks of clothing.

In 2025, I think I went a total of 3 times.  Maybe I'll go more in 2026.

@San Antonio Gal   I haven't been in a TJ Maxx in my area that isn't well organized so I usually only have to check the sweaters...I am a nut for sweaters.

I'm always in this store to check out the Home Section so it is no trouble for me. I have found some gorgeous things!

I have one better. 3 days ago, I purchased 2 Beekman Soap and lotion set for 49.96. Today, I see it for 1/2 off. I realize that QVC will most likely be filing for bankrupcy, but don't take it out on the cusotmers who keep you in business. I will call Customer Service and DEMAND a refund. I usually purchase my Beekman products from HSN but this was a better price. Comon QVC REALLY???????????????
