Please stop using the postal service for your deliveries. They come to late!

@Wricardos Too late in what way? Too many days or too late in the day?

I don't know if the Q makes this decision. The mail delivery companies these days are working together to streamline delivery. That's the way I understand it anyway. I have postal employees in my family and my SIL was a Postmaster locally and she explained this to me awhile back. Even Amazon trucks deliver packages, as UPS does to the PO and then they will deliver to the residents.........

@Wricardos It's not always QVC's choice on how the item is shipped. The supplier sometimes chooses the method of delivery. I understand you needed to vent, but it is what it is. With all the thefts off of porches, FedEX trucks, UPS trucks and more, I guess we just need to be grateful if we actually get the item we have ordered. It is the time of year when shipping is usually stressed beyond it's limits.

Seems like the USPS does take a little longer. I don't have a physical mailbox & I had to go get a PO Box to ensure I received all of my orders. Unfortunately UPS left my packages at a couple neighboring houses. Had my neighbors not been kind and honest I'd never have received them. Some items I've ordered though, Bose, computers, nail polish etc apparently can only be sent to a physical address using UPS so now I'm always mindful to have them shipped to a family member's house. It is a hassle, but so is going to the post office. For me, it's just part of the cost of shopping with QVC or any online vendor.

I think the only time UPS actually makes the delivery is for larger heavier items that USPS can't deliver. I just had my OXO 3 fry pans delivered yesterday and it was by UPS.

I prefer USPS delivery. I find my packages arrive timely and the bags are clean and not worn. When they come UPS it is not any sooner and the packages are dirty, gritty and look like they have been run over by a truck.
I prefer postman delivery. Comes on my covered porch on a table or chair and arrives clean.
I went to the post office to drop off a return, ran into my postman and he said to just leave it by my mailbox for him to pick up and scan and save myself a trip to the post office loading dock.
