i HAD FRAUDLANT ACTIVITY ON MY DEBIT CARD AND HAVE BEEN TRYING (BOTH PHONE AND EMAIL) TO MAKE MY NEW CARD EFFECTIVE.  I HAVE ENTERED ALL THE CORRECT INFORMATION IN METHODS OF PAYMENT, BUT IT KEEPS TRYING TO CHARGE VIA THE OLD CARD.

I TOTALLY GIVE UP!!  IT SEEMS LIKE NO ONE REALLY CARES!  THEN ONE DAY YOU WILL CONTACT ME STATING YOU HAVE SO MANY LATE PAYMENTS, THROUGH NO FAULT OF MINE.

I HAVE STOPPED ORDERING FROM QVC FOR THIS VERY REASON OTHER THAN SHAWN TELLING US HOW SHE ORDERS EVERY COLOR OF BAREFOOT DREAMS WHEN THEY ARE LIKE OVER $100 FOR EACH.  W E   DO NOT NEED THAT INFORMATION AND IT IS A COMPLETE TURN OFF.  SHAWN...THERE ARE SOME OF US WHO BARELY HAVE ENOUGH MONEY FOR FOOD, SO WE DON'T NEED TO KNOW YOU ARE SPENDING OVER $600 ON PANTS.

I GUESS I WILL HEAR FROM YOU WHEN SOMEONE DISCOVERS THE PAYMENTS ARE LATE....AGAIN THROUGH NO FAULT OF MINE.  ONE WOULD THINK YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM WOULD BE SET UP TO HANDLE PAYMENT METHOD CHANGES.  THE OLD CARD WAS REMOVED.  THE NEW CARD WAS ENTERED.  ONLY CARD SHOWN IS NEW CARD, BUT YET CHARGING TO OLD CARD.  I TOTALLY GIVE UP.

@ugly lady

I know this can be frustrating.  Did you actually speak with a Customer Service Representative about this issue and give them the new card information?

Whenever I'm issued a new debit card with an updated expiration and sometimes new number, I always call and speak with someone.  This way, my easy payments can be transferred.

I hope you're able to get this straightened out.  Good luck.😃

You need to CALL customer service to have any unprocessed easy pays directed to your new card.    The system will process against the card that was used at the time of the purchase.   It does not recognize your updated payment method.   A simple phone call will save you a lot of trouble in the future.   Unless you take this step it is through fault of your doing.

I wonder if the OP will take any of the advice? Kinda doubt it but who knows.

I can not take posts like this seriously 4 posts over the years all in caps and all some sort of an issue

Stop being afraid of what could go wrong and start being positive what could go right.

@ugly lady.  There is a function called, "Customer Service" for people having problems.  Call them.

I just did the same thing you attempted after misplacing my debit card.   I had no problem at all.  I believe I deleted my old card before I entered my new one.

All you have to do is delete your old Card. That's the only way it would work. I've never had to call CS for something like this.

Did it just a few days ago without any problem.
