Threes separate orders that I have received in the last couple of weeks were wrong. Today one item was missing, on one the wrong item was in the package, and the other was correct item but wrong size. I have been with Q at least 20 years , just wondering why this is happening

@lck   Goodness, you've had a run of bad luck. I got 2 pkgs today, 2 yesterday and 6 items one day last week.  Everything perfect except a factory defect on one item.  

 

Package them up using the Q return label and go to the USPS website and request a pickup.  They'll come and get them and email a receipt.  When you get your refund, check it carefully to be sure they don't charge you for return shipping.

I too received a pkg with the wrong item last week.  Correct short, wrong color.

They are the gurus of assisting with CS issues!

@KingstonsMom   Does she have a CS issue?  She may have if her refund is not correct but I don't see one now.

I do not know what is happening to QVC but it is not good!  I too am getting the wrong packages that have my address on the package and another person's order inside with their packing slip and personal information!  That person received my order which is sold out and has my personal information!  I called CS and all they do is refund and don't have answers and do nothing!  Really sad as I am a long time customer and they do not seem to care!  Not the QVC of years before for sure!!

You're not the only one wondering.  Others complaining of the same issues. 

 

Sometimes errors like this are caused by employees rushed too much to get orders out faster.  It's even worse when there's a shortage of workers.  

 

It also could be caused by the ability of employees  hired.  Not wanting to be critical of them, but some people are unable to work well in fast paced environments.

@Smile2   This happens periodically, to me twice in the past 15 years.  The person whose order you received probably didn't get yours.  When I got the last wrong order, I wasn't even missing an order.  The only personal info on the invoice is your name and address... nothing really useful.  Someone will probably return your item but in an operation as large and complex as QVC's it would be impossible to find it.

Just to make sure she get reimbursed for shipping both ways, since this was QVC's fault, not hers.

 

I thought we all knew that you have to keep track on returns to make sure you receive the credits that you are owed, but maybe that's just me.

 

Don't kid yourself, the return dept. doesn't REALLY read our return slips, as proven to me over 26+ years of shopping here.

 

Many times over 26+ years, I did NOT receive full credit for 'mistakes' on QVC's part until I contacted the social tea
