Ordering more than 1 of the same item

I'm starting to order for Christmas and I like to buy the Harry Slatkin reed diffusers for several people. I had 4 of them in my cart and the total was $150 total, with paying $22 for shipping. Wouldn't it be nice if they would give you a discount on ordering more of the same thing like they used to??? I'm not buying now and have no idea when a free shipping day will roll around I did call Customer service to ask if there was any kind of discount for multiples and they said Sorry, we do not.

I won't be ordering and hoping to stumble upon a free shipping window of opportunity.

I agree 100% I have always thought if you order several of the same item or a certain dollar amount the shipping should be free or discounted. QVC needs to seriously review their shipping costs. Free shipping is music to my ears. There are many things I didn't order because I didn't want to pay shipping.

there have been quite a few free shipping days or blocks lately. chances are there is one coming up soon again, especially since the holidays are now in full swing.

They will have to evolve, but it will be gradual, like bundling shipping for multiples of the same item, or offering free shipping days, more frequently. They may also tie it to loyalty tiers or app-exclusive deals to keep control over margins.

Keep an eye on these boards where you can usually see the free shipping days / as in last week a part free shi8p day.

The banner on the QVC page shows it too I forget to look there sometimes.

To be honest @MilitaryMom , no, I don't want it to go back the way it was. They charged $7.50 for the first item then 1/2 off each additional item of the same item number. We actually averaged paying more then since they reduced the price to most items being $3.50.

In addition, there are enough free shipping offers randomly that make it worth your time to check often if you are wanting free shipping. Or, check the companies own website.

I do have to say, I do not like paying for shipping and rarely do. Shipping costs definitely add up when purchasing multiple items. I just put everything in my wish list and wait.

I agree, I wish there was still a discount for buying multiples.

Stay tuned Fri-Sun, there is some speculation about QVC offering free shipping at some point this weekend. Especially because Friday's TSV has free shipping.
