Ordered went through but no confirmation & not in order status

I ordered two of the same D&C top that's supposed to be 4 EZ pays because it was apparel. I really wanted these for vacation coming. There were red warning messages not to worry, they were doing "maintenance" and the order would go through but shipping and tax would not be shown. I stupidly did not print the order confirmation because I always get the email immediately. Well, no email and it's not shown in Order Status.

 

I called CS and was told they can't access anything and have no idea when it will be back up. I asked if my order will be processed, she said they can't check it. Acted so indifferentlly, like "yeah, so?" I said should I place another order and she said no that would make it double. How do you know that if you can't check? Sheesh! Online shopping is not new. The Q really needs to get on the ball. This is unacceptable. Aaaaaaargh!

 

We should get a coupon or something for the trouble. Free shipping? Haha, OK, that will never happen.

I had the same thing happen. I ordered the Linae peplum jacket early this morning and received the same message about not able to add shipping on the invoice but it would be added later. Nothing is listed in my account, so did it go through?

 

Guess we'll see in a week if it is delivered, lol.

YES I've been shopping wtih QVC for 25 years and you are so right....after all this hassle for the upteenth time....how about give your customers FREE SHIPPING to help smooth over this latest online gaff.....and QVC if you are reading any of these posts...for goodness sake get a new team to work on your website and stop these irritating situations.

I had the sam thing happen twice.  Before work yesterday morning I oordered 2 of each color for the breezies as-is without wire bras.  There was a red message and I was going to call in; but running late for work.  When I got home my size sold out and today no order in my account.

 

I also ordered the Joan Rivers plaid shirt in red and blue on clearance.  You gussed it no order.  They still have my size so I guess I can redo the order.

 

There isn't a hold on my card so I guess the orders did not go through.

 

What a pain.

I also got no email confirmations, but my orders do show in my Order Status.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

I received the same message when I ordered the Breezies tsv early yesterday morning.  Then I got excited when it showed there was something in my cart this morning, thinking I could complete my order.  Upon checking, it showed a 3 yr. service contract for an electronic item, which I never ordered!  So everyone should check their cart, etc.  Since this issue is taking so long to resolve, I wonder if they got hacked.  Sure would be nice if a mod could comment on this!!

UPDATE:

I called CS, waited about 20 minutes and was told they "are still updating the orders." I asked does that mean they are entering the orders from yesterday manually and she said "yes." I asked if there was a time frame I could expect to see my order online and she said "no." I just have to wait. It is aggravating not seeing my order in "Order Status" as has been done without a hitch for years. The CS agent was not very pleasant when i tried to express sympathy for her having to answer all these calls about it. Used to be the Q's CS were standouts. So sad to see things going downhill. Why on earth can't QVC be HONEST about this issue and post a message on their website they keep telling you to check while you're on hold. Frustrating and this prevents me from ordering anything else. Who's in charge over there???

Hi @SuzyO - I apologize for the frustration that we have caused these past few days. We are working to resolve out technocal issues. I was able to check on your order and it was succesful, it is ready for shipping and has the EDD of 6/30/17, also the EZ pay for both shirt is 4 installments, that also was successful on this order. This continues to be the worst shopping  web site ever!! 

 

Sometimes both  the phone and web site  is down and you cannot order!

 

This happens especially on sale days or all day fashion shows, or  deals on specialty items so you cannot buy anything at the lower price or no shipping fees!

 

Sometimes the website is down and you cannot even see or get into your acct!! ....... LIKE TODAY!   (and yesterday too, BTW) 

 

Sometimes even C.S. is unavailable!

 

I have NEVER had any problems anywhere else that I shop,ever!

 

Maybe they need to hire "REAL"  tech  people instead of  teenagers and  amatures!

 

The shipping is awful,taking 2 weeks to arrive!

 

Returns and Refunds are slow and costly!

 

 

 

I shop here out of a long standing habit,that I am trying very ,very hard to break.!!!! Sadly, it is no longer  an  enjoyable experience  to shop here! I am soo sick of  C.S.appologies and excuses!

Someone needs to tell Amy Stran right now on the LOGO show to stop telling people to shop from this website. It isn't working either!
