I had bought a very expensive vacuum and when I placed the order I realized that it was not shipped to the correct address. I called customer care and they said theirs nothing they could do about it. Now a very expensive vacuum is on it’s way to someone else’s address. I am very disappointed and the way this was handled!

@Yoly4747.  NOT A VERY SATISFACTORY RESPONSE.  THERE'S A WAY SHIPPERS CAN CONTACT THE SHIPPING COMPANY AND HAVE IT NOT DELIVERED.

Well, whose address was it, or did you just make a typo on your own address?

 

If you know the person, tell them to look out for the delivery so you can come and get it when it arrives!

 

Maybe the item is coming directly from the vendor, and QVC cannot control that process.

 

Hopefully you have loaded your correct address into the website now!
