Order

This morning around 6.00 am I ordered a352766 cloudstepper by Clark's, order not showing up in order status but easy pay payment was shown on my credit card. There is a order # showing on my card, but when entered in order status page dosent show up. Was the item ordered or not. Thanks

The order did not come from qvc, haven't received a confirmation from qvc, I entered the number into qvc system and it said could not find. The #6517917227.
