I ordered Philosophy field of flowers 3 pc set, received a message it was shipped but it doesn't show a tracking number. HELP PLEASE!!

@twokats  The philosophy field of flowers super-size 3-piece kit is in the process of being shipped. Your estimated delivery date is 12/10/19.  I hope this information is helpful.

Twokats you are lucky.  I ordered a Jose Maran product on Nov. 14th and it has yet to ship.  I have had a lot of contact with QVC and they will not admit the order is lost and cancel the order.....they refuse to cancel the order telling me whatever year it is received, I can return it as defective so I don't have to pay the s&h.  I wanted to cancel that order and place a new orde3r for the same product but they will nto do it.  Disgusting and horrid business practices.
