Hi @Rose429 , thank you for posting in our Community Customer Care forum. I apologize that your order has caused concern regard the delivery time. I was able to check the order and I have opened a service request to have this researched. We had sent one email a week ago that it would be shipping late perhaps we can find out a bit more details that is why I opened the request.
