My order has been in processing for about a week now,i called and they said it was under review??? i have to call back tomorrow she doesnt know why its under review... anyone experience this?? to add this is my first time ordering from them is that makes a difference???

Welcome to our Community Forums!  When an order is placed it does go through a verification process and sometimes, especially with first time orders and/or high dollar amounts, we need to verify additional information.  This is done strictly as a precaution to protect our customers from unauthorized use of their account.

I purchased a HP Laptop on November 24. The expected delivery date was indicated November 28. This week I checked on the status of the order to learn that the order was under review. No one has attempted to contact me, so on Monday I contacted customer service who indicated that Inmust speak to someone in the review department -and she switched to that department. I got a voice mail and left a message. Today I still have not heard from anyone and I called the review department again. I spoke to a rep who indicated that they could not help me I would need to speak to a specialist. Again left a number for a call back. Still have not heard from anyone so tonight I called again, only to be told that someone would call me back. When after Christmas? I have ordered before and never heard of this. My wife has ordered lots in fact we get Dailey deliveries, even today. She has never heard of this neither. Qvc doesn’t seem to value their customers!

I just found out tiday by requesting that a supervisor call me that because I too was a new customer, my order was on hold be9i missed a call to verify all my information. Now that i cleared that up the supervisor told me my order was now clear to be shipped!

I had the exact same thing happen.  I am awaiting the call back.  What info do they need?  This is my second order.  No issues the first time.
