Order still not shipped

I placed an order 9/11/24 and its suppose to be delivered on 9/18/24 it’s now 9/16/24 and it’s still saying preparing order this has never happened before I don’t understand what’s going on can’t get no info

@Mariafrat Sometimes the shipping information is just behind.  You can send an email to: QVCSocialteam@QVC.com and give them your order number and they can research and email you back, sometimes in under an hour.

I placed an order Sept 10.  My order page still shows preparing your order, but I received an email from UPS with a tracking number.  I've noticed this with my last few orders.  Showing an expected delivery date of Sept 18.
