Order still in Process & I cant get a return call!!!

Can someone please help?... I placed an order on 12/9 and it sitll says in process.  I also see a note that says contact cs... I called and was transfered a bunch of times and then directed to a leave a voicemail.. I really need answers as this iteam is a Xmas gift for my kids....Please any advice.... Thanks

@Jacque411  Your order needs to be verified by our finance department.  You will need to speak to them before your order can be released.  If you left information, you will receive a call.
