@Cherylou Copy/paste the email address. You probably did not type it correctly.

Just get on the chat from the QVC website, that is a great way to get help. I just tried the QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com email address and had no issue.

The same thing has happened to me too...I waited five days to see if it would show up & it hasn't. So I called Customer Service today & it was all taken care of, another one is being issued to me at no cost & if the original one turns up, I will just send it back...
Always contact Customer Service when you have a problem, no need to post it on the Blogs of what to do!
