Order in processing for 10 days?

Placed an order 2 weeks ago, Still in processing. Won't let me cancel. Ridiculous. Now live chat tells me I have to get it and send back and they would be happy to waive the return fee. This is pathetic.

Yep, that's totally ridiculous and unacceptable for a company the size of QVC.

This is just a way to prevent people from cancelling orders.  Ship time hasn't changed - in fact I think it is worse now that QVC tries to ship multiple orders in one box.  It's bad enough you have to track returns to make sure you get a proper refund.

Do not open it.   When it arrives write " return to sender" on the package and mail it back by dropping in a mailbox or leaving for your carrier.
