Order in process for 5 Days

My order has been in process for 5 day now and the EDD keeps changing. I’m concerned, I’ve called and emailed multiple times and keep hearing that they don’t have any information! I’m frustrated

Same! We were assured pur order would ship today, but nope!

Order processing seems to be taking a long time this year.  The order I placed on December 5 took almost 6 days to ship. The original EDD was December 12. I still have not received my order.  I can't imagine how they are going to get items ordered today, delivered by Christmas when it takes so long to process the orders.
