Order confirmation

Hi I got an order confirmation for MacBook Air on May 4th but When I try to look up order status It says sorry no orders found. What is goin on? I do have order# but my didn’t come out of my account yet

Sorry, but it sounds like you have to call back later, probably due to a high volume of calls and possibly a reduced staff.

 

The Mods have stated that this Dept. is the only one who can help you with this.

 

We have to have a lot of patience these days in all aspects of our lives, unfortunate but understandable.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.
