I am having a similar experience. Ordered 11 items on 5/24 (I know, I know...but it was a free shipping day and TSV for Kim Gravel so ordered items to take on a trip which has since come and gone).
All 11 items still show "Preparing your order" status after all of this time. I've also spoken to CS on multiple occasions and there's nothing they can do. They assure me my orders aren't lost but it's just a problem with Ontario warehouse. I've requested cancellation several times with no luck.
Sadly, I didn't realize that the Free Shipping I thought I was getting would turn out to be No Shipping!
It's so frustrating and hard for me to believe that Executive Management would allow a warehouse to continue to operate in this manner. What's going on QVC????
