Could one of the Mods please check what is going on with my order of item #F13357. I understand if it is delayed because of the hurricane but I know sometimes this company ships from California so if someone could please check I would appreciate. I ordered another item from the same company the same day and I know that shipped the other day so confused to why this one has not shipped yet.

@hotbuyer  Hi, I did check the order, its being filled by the vendor as we speak.  I would expect that it will ship in the next day or two.

I,'ve asked before with no satisfactory answsr.  Why is my advance order A351519 Mall y  corrector still in advance order status?.  I,m told to wait until del date the 24th.  Today is the 21st.  No way will it come in three days, it's not even in process.  It was suppose to be released the 15th.

I'm sorry you haven't gotten any answers about your advanced order. I did inquire about it for you yesterday.  According to our Buying Team that shipment is late  due to the Hurricane conditions.  I was also advised that we are expecting to start shipping out orders by the end of the month.

@susan, today the 28th.  I even emailed ths"TEAM".  MY answer, they appreciate me as a customer, but do not know why my order stuck in ADVANCE ORDER.  I don,,t appreciate their answer.  If they are customer service and don,t know, then what good is CS.  AT least if this hAppens on @ Amazon, they get answers.

No offense to you, but would like an answer.  Can they call the vendor?  I noticed on Mally,s last show a few days ago, she is offering a new type of under eye corrector.  Could that be the reason?

I am fast becoming after this, to be an  ex 20+ years  customer.

I am sorry that your order still has not yet shipped. As Susan mentioned earlier in the week, the buying team did reach out to the vendor and unfortunately there is a delay due to the lasting hurricane effects. As soon as we receive stock, the advanced orders will ship our right away. It has nothing to do with a new under eye corrector being featured.

Just checking again.  It is now the 4th of Oct in a few hours, the end of Sept passed and my Sept. 15th order still not moving.
