@Brett05, do you by chance have malwarebytes and CCleaner  installed on your computers?  CCleaner does a much better job of clearing cookies and cache (be sure to include cookies and cache clearning for all browsers listed) than browsers themselves do.

 

It is also possible there is malware on your computers that is forcing a redirect to the credit card pop-up.

 

Try installing and running both programs (the free versions) and see if that helps.

 

I'm suggesting clearing cookies and cache from all browsers on your computer when setting up CCleaner (it may default to all) because I do not use IE or Edge but find cookie files listed.

What is good for the goose today will also be good for the gander tomorrow.
