Order Shipping Delay- Mod Help!

I placed an order (order edited to remove personal info) for Cheryl's Valentines cookies on Feb. 8 so that it would get to my son in time for Valentines Day, and it stil says "In Process". Can you please check with the vendor to see when this will ship, because if it will not make it in time, I would like to cancel the order please! Why offer a Valentine Cookie offer, and not ship it out in time to get it for that day!
